SEN Tutors

Private Special Needs tutors specialising in supporting children with Educational Needs

All SEN Tutors are fully qualified, highly experienced teachers who specialise in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and providing assistance to enable them to reach their full potential.

Just under 1.5 million pupils in England have special educational needs (SEN). The 1996 Education Act defines a child as having SEN ‘if they have a learning difficulty which calls for special educational provision to be made for them’.

Do any of the following apply to your child?

  • Falling behind in class
  • Lacks confidence and or motivation
  • They have unique learning needs and requirements
  • Anxiety
  • Struggling with homework
  • Struggling to unlock their full potential

Finding your child a fantastic SEN tutor could make all the difference in unlocking their full potential.

‘If a child can’t learn the way we teach,
maybe we should teach the way they learn.’

Customising teaching methods to each student's individual needs

The needs of each family is different, therefore some parents may prefer our specialist tutors to visit their home for tutoring sessions, for their child to attend the tutor’s home or they conduct on-line sessions.  SEN Tutors provide effective and engaging tuition that is considerate of each child’s individual needs.

Our specialist tutors individually customise their teaching methods to each student in order to foster a stress-free, encouraging, learning atmosphere where each child can grow in confidence and learn at their own rate.
